Coastguard Boating Education offers candidates a flexible, modular way to gain their Skipper Restricted Limits Certificate (SRL). Our course is well suited to someone looking to change career or work in the marine industry as a career, someone who is already working in the industry or someone coming into the industry later in life, perhaps as the result of buying a marine-based business or looking to change careers.

Requirements

NZQA Qualified and Fees Free

We are a NZQA Maritime NZ approved training provider for the NZ Certificate in Domestic Maritime Operations (CIDMO). This is a level 4 (85 credit) qualification. You must hold CIDMO to be eligible to sit the Maritime NZ Skipper Restricted Limits (SRL) exam.
